Monday through Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00
Sunday: Closed

Event coverage occurs outside these hours as required. Studio visits available by appointment only.

Response Timeline

We respond to all inquiries within one business day. During peak graduation season (May through July), response times may extend to 48 hours.

Urgent booking requests for events within two weeks should be clearly marked as time-sensitive in the subject line.

Service Coverage Area

While our studio is based in Birmingham, we provide photography services throughout England, Scotland, and Wales. Travel to event locations is included in our standard pricing for venues within 50 miles of Birmingham.

Additional travel fees apply for locations beyond this radius, calculated based on distance and travel time requirements. We're experienced in working at various institutional venues, conference centres, and corporate facilities throughout the United Kingdom.

Remote venue consultations can be conducted via video call when in-person site visits aren't practical prior to your event date.
