Since establishing our practice in 2018, we've worked with universities, secondary schools, and corporate organisations throughout England, Scotland, and Wales. This experience has taught us that every venue presents distinct challenges.
Cathedral lighting differs from conference hall illumination. Outdoor graduation ceremonies require different contingency planning than indoor corporate functions. We've developed protocols for each scenario, refined through direct experience rather than theory.
Our equipment inventory includes professional camera bodies, lens options spanning wide-angle to telephoto ranges, portable lighting systems, and complete backup sets. This redundancy ensures technical failure never compromises your event coverage.
We position ourselves to capture essential moments without disrupting proceedings or drawing attention away from participants and speakers.
Site visits, lighting assessments, and coordination with event organisers occur before the actual date to eliminate uncertainties.
From arrival preparations through final departures, we document the full narrative arc of your event rather than isolated highlights.
Preview galleries become available within five business days. Final edited collections arrive within three weeks of your event date.
After receiving your booking request, we arrange a consultation to discuss your specific requirements, venue details, and any particular moments or groupings you want documented.
We conduct site reconnaissance when possible, noting lighting conditions, architectural constraints, and optimal positioning for key segments of your event.
On the event day, we arrive early to establish positioning and confirm coordination with venue staff or event organisers. Following the event, our editing process enhances image quality whilst maintaining natural appearance.
You receive access to a private online gallery where you can review, select, and download high-resolution files. Additional print services can be arranged upon request.
